You have a very good shot of getting work. There is a chronic nursing shortage in N.Z at the moment.
You will need to tell them you have no post-qual. experience but it probably won't be a problem due to the shortage and the fact you will have some experience from your practical work in your degree.
Google - nursing council of N.Z and they should be able to give you more info.

I think you should still be employable. You must register in every state if you move about and you need to furnish all details of your training. I had to give them a transcript of the curriculum of my studies. They needed to know how many hours of practical and theoretical training I had in everything. Get info at the embassy about it as they may have changed since then.
