There are loads of professions listed as 'in demand', see http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/skilled-occupations/occupations-in-demand.htm

but keep in mind that a qualification is simply not enough, you need experience as well.

Doctors and nurses are in very high demand, so if that interests you it has a high chance of acceptance for immigration.

they need this is from memory now i was looking on the net the other day if you google visa for australia you will get numerous web sites to tell you but as i remember they said

chefs all grades except commis hairdressers carpenters tilers plumbers electricians blocklayers doctors nurses physio therapists painters and deckorators roofers farmers with certificates in agri and lots lots more im in ireland and there was a trend there a while back where several people went and did a bit of training as a tiler they got on well at it and headed off so id look in to that if i were you if you can drive a tractor its no harm either as they are always looking for men to drive machinery over there another firend did that and he nearly didnt come home at all had a fab time what every you do do enough to get there have been myself and it rocks
