It sound to me like you are questioning what you have been taught, which is pretty normal for most people to do at one point or another. If you want an answer, then you should probably talk to someone like a priest or minister. If you are comfortable in this belief, but just seeking a religion that matches it, you might look into Judaism. |

I was the same way, years ago. But I took my time to have it explained to me, and even attended a few church services where the fact of needing to believe in Christ was explained. I didn't realize that first of all that I was a sinner, which kept me seperated from being as close as possible to God, but I learned that I was. And then I learned that Jesus Christ was the sacrifice sent by God to redeem my soul from going to hell, and that my belief in Him would do that and put me back in a right relationship with God the Father of us all. |
