Further to earlier answers im planning to head out to Sydney via Hong Kong around 10th May 2007 from London Heathrow.
My friends arent in the position to go (or havent got the ambition) but not to keen on doing it alone.....
Plan to work in Sydney and travel the east coast for upto 6months....

You shouldn't be asking people on here to come travelling with you. Ask a friend or family member to go with you because you will feel safer and have company with you. There must be someone you can convince to go with you lol.

Great idea! But can't make it! Next time. If I were were you though I 'd choose Paul633. So, far he is the only one available & sounds interesting. You can meet him even now & see if you get along. Travelling with a person you don't know is sometimes far better than travelling with friends.
