The easiest was is to marry an Australian citizen. If you don't and your over 35, it is going to be pretty difficult. Australia has cradle to grave compensation. If your younger than 35 and plan to immigrate to Australia, you are going to have to pay into this cradle to grave compensation program. I checked this out a little while ago and there were some pretty strict rules. Of course if you have millions of dollars, any country would welcome you with open arms!
