It depends if you find drunken yobos brawling on the foothpath interesting...
Personally I don't.
But then again my idea of fun is lapping through town with my stereo turned up :) (ie driving around in my car for those who do not understand the bevan word "lapping"). |

All depends on how you get your kicks ! If you have a pulse there is something here to stimulate you .....that is if you need to be stimulated ! |

Australia is a HUGE country - how can anybody be bored in a country like this.??
As for nightclubbing .. well there's more to life than a few expensive drinks and a hangover the next morning.
Explore more - get out and enjoy life ! |

not as bad as anywhere else.
if your whole life depends on nightclubs, there is something wrong!! Australia has a rich night life culture. But new laws in SOME areas now start kicking people out at 3am....or a 3am lockout (no new comers).
but to say australia is boring - who ever told you that is a boring person! |

If you're a hardcore clubber from Europe you might struggle to amuse yourself in some places. Sydney is a 24 hour city - I used to finish work at 11 - 12 at night and was never stuck for something to do afterwards, I was always amazed at how many people were out and about at 3am on a Wednesday morning. I don't think any other cities would be like that though. Depends what your definition of "boring" and "exciting" are though, I've never run out of things to do in this country. |

Not at all, life is what you make of it. If you're boring then you will have a boring life.
Our nightclubs are no where near empty, on the weekends they are at full capacity with people lining outside the door and down the street. I'm from a regional city and even here it is far from boring and the clubs are packed. In the city, Sydney, there are heaps of people and many many different clubs with massive lines to get in.
In a town with 5 people it might be a little more boring but not in any decent sized town or city. |

It depends where you like living and whether or not you chose to make it boring
some of us live in the country, while the rest live near the ocean and in the cities =] |

Well if you keep busy dodging all the various creatures that can hurt, paralyse, eat or kill you, then you won't be bored. So, avoid all funnel web spiders, red back spiders, stinging cone shells, stonefish, blue ring octopus, box jellies, irukandji jellyfish, tiger sharks, great white sharks, stingrays, taipans, brown snakes, copper bellied black snakes, crocodiles. Then avoid the ones that can kick you, like the kangaroos, cassowaries, emus; the ones that can give you rabies or make you sick (the fruit bats), the feral pigs etc. Then you should watch that film called Wolf Creek (great film by the way), before setting off for a ride in the outback. Then I suggest you walk into an outback pub and shout firmly "Youse are all a bunch of GIRLS". That should solve the boredom problem nicely. For a bit, anyway. |
