Yes it is a country and continenet. No, only Australia is there.
EDIT: The answer by DetroitDublin is very incorrect. Don't listen to him. Papua New Guinea and New Zealand are NOT part of Australia. Tasmania is a state in Australia, but not part of the main continent, it's an island to the south. Just take a look at a world map and you'll see. Try http://maps.google.com and scroll down to Australia. You'll see what I mean. Good luck. |

Yes it is both a country and a continent, the worlds largest Island continent infact ! Tasmania is a state of Australia, the "apple Isle". PNG was once an Australian province or "territory" but not now and it's actually a running joke that NZ is apart of Australia, but don't dare mention that to the kiwis ! |
