My mate in Queensland says it is the New Zealanders.
Is he correct?

Both Aussie and NZ economies can trace their history back to sheep farming. Big in Australia, big in New Zealand. It sure does get lonely out there in the Outback.

Your mate in Queensland is correct.
It's the Kiwis.

Ask a New Zealander and it's likely you'll hear that the Aussies are fond of their sheep, but ask an Australian and they'll tell you the opposite. As for me, I've always known it to be the New Zealanders.
