Is it safe to run around in the bushes in Australia?

We have some bushes in our back garden, but sometimes we get messed up with the spiders webs as we run around them.

Seriously though, many people go bush walking in Australia, but on occasion some do get lost. Not many, when compared to the numbers that do it.

Snakes and Spiders are not that big a problem, as long as you are reasonably careful.

No and If you have to ask that question, you shouldn't be allowed. Go with a Ranger or Guide.

i suggest if you wanna go bush walking..get a tour guide to keep you out of danger...like snakes & spiders etc.

we have some of the most deadly snakes & spiders down under so read up on it & how you can stay out of trouble =)

No many people sometimes tourist get lost in the Australian bush and need to be rescued

It's fine as long as you know the guid lines. The most imporatant would be to ALWAYS make sure you follow proper bush walking tracks. There are many tracks in Australia, bring a mobile phone just incase you gest in trouble. Make sure you tell someone who isn't going with you, where you are going, and watch out for snakes etc, most of the time it's fine, but just keep to the track coz many times people that don't go on the track gest lost and sometimes go missing. Just be careful, but many people go bush walking, I have and it's fun, if you be carefull and stick to the track. :]

You need to watch out for snakes, but apart from keeping your eyes open and watching where you step, it's OK. Kids play in the bushes all the time here and it's incredibly rare for any of them to have any problem.
