Is the Australian Aboriginal population increasing?

I know that if it is, it's not by immigration.

well if any of you live with the majoraty of them as I do with all the do gooding whites, government handouts and freebies they are still dying, cause they are useless, and if anyone needs a stolen generation again its them, in alice springs there is 10 childeren raped every day by there father or realative, great race hey!

According to the census (done every 5 years) it is going up quite a lot. This may be a case of more and more people identifying themselves as aboriginal. They have quite a high birthrate but they also have a high childhood mortality rate and a relatively young life expectancy so it is hard for anyone to know exactly.

Well they are stable I guess.

Ranjeeh D
Yes, along with the kangaroo and rabbit population.

Kevin
Hopefully. They're a very small percentage of the population right now. I think its about 2.4%.

It's still a lot less than it was before the genocide, but the population is slowly increasing due to better medical attention to bush communities and indignious australian suicides have also been slowly decreasing as well so those two factors are probably contributing. and just the fact that all races gradually increase over time, unless they're wiped out or murdered like the aborigines were when australia was first settled and again during the stolen generation when they tried to gradually make all aboriginal people white.

what to the size it should of been before white man killed most of them off? i hope so.

shizzym
I'm in ozz and I can tell you that there wont be any numbers on most of them live in the bush and the ones that live in the citty are just mental they dont belong in a city they need to live in the bush so no one knows
