Yes there is a lot of good surf from Scarborough up to all the beaches
going north from there Triggs
Also if you go down the south west Margaret River is well known for its good surf
yes it is, great spots north of perth, great spots south of perth, and the suburbs including scarborough have great surf.
Margaret River/Yallingup are top spots - if you are a really good surfer
When you get here, you will be told where the best spots are, and on the radio and news, you will be told of the swell etc.

dude there is no beach in proper perth city... you may think of cotts (cottsloe) or scarborough !
i recommend the 2nd one, as waves are better :)

Yes certainly. Not every day but often there is a good surf. Many surfers in the Perth area. Of course Perth has coast the river runs through the town and business area but the Coastline is all along the seaside suburbs.

Depends what you call good?? Some good small breaks along the coast but head further north (lancelin) or South (Margaret River/Dunsborough/Yallingup for the real stuff!
