Ok, I say that luna Park (Australia, Nsw, Sydney) is free to everyboady thats out of nsw..i make them choose from 10 bus compaines.. then i make a deal with the bus compainies n say that they have to give me 25 percent of their money tat they make.. (since i am giving them buiness)... Now imagine the number of people who would come if luna park was free.. tat way it get reconizied and its famous .. it will make heaps of money. (from the 25 percent tat the bus compaines have to give them).. but is this legal

It's legal, but I think it's unlikely to work.
The only way I can see to make it work is to have a special Luna Park ticket for the bus, which is then used for the free admission to Luna Park. That way, the bus company and Luna Park know how many people are coming under this deal and they can split the profits accordingly.
Offering free admission to Luna Park would attract some holiday makers, but some would fly, some would drive, etc. You could of course enter into deals with all of the other businesses that benefitted from the free admission to Luna Park, but that would be airlines, train companies, petrol stations, hotels, motels, backpackers, etc.
If Luna Park was owed by the government, the scheme might work -- make it free to non-locals to attract tourism to the state generally, but trying to recoup the costs through other businesses would seem difficult to negotiate. |

You cant sell something you don't own! For it to be legal you would need to discuss it with the bus companies first, have them agree to the "cross promotion" Then advertised it. If you sell the bus companies before speaking to them you are breaking the law. |

I don't see why not - but no-one from NSW will pay to get in when everyone else is getting in for free. And I don't think 25% of the bus-fare will be enough to cover the running costs of Luna Park.
