My friend doesn't have enough money to enter Australia...can I lend it to him? |
going to Oz with a friend and we're hoping to get work out there. I've heard you need about £2500 in the bank, I'll be ok but my friend doesn't have that kind of money. Will it be ok if I transfer funds to his account then transfer them back when we're in Oz. |

aside from your poor friend, white australians are great, because they protected aborigine sacrificially from japs, attempting to extinguished them during wwâ…¡. white people in australia have always been very generous and merciful to the native people, whereas japs have been evil to people all over the world. those bastards should be wiped out as soon as possible! that's the universal desire. |

The only way you can do that is to give it to him as a gift. Not as a loan. He will need the money while in Australia, you are only supposed to work temp jobs to help fund your travel, not to pay back debts or too survive. |

no i dont think you can, im sure i read the aussie government wants proof you can support yourself when you get there, by showing you are good with money and have a job waiting for you when you get there, although i could be wrong though. |

it wont work a sudden lodgement into his account he would have had to have total in account for at least 12 months and his account showing regular deposits in this time |

Immigration don't only want to see the person's bank balance, they want to see the bank statement including transactions. If you're going to put money into his bank account, do it well before you arrive in Australia as questions will be asked about exactly where it came from. In any case, the surest way to lose a friend is to lend money to him - not a good idea at all. |
