i went to cairns and out to snorkel on the great barrier reef
don't miss it. you have to take a boat out there.
incredible
i loved the markets at cairns too
byron bay with the lighthouse was totally beautiful
swimming was wonderful at the beach there
gold coast was great-we took surfing lessons there
make sure there are shark nets
we shopped in brisbane
and went up into the mountains near gold coast and saw a glowworm cave
really cool
we never went to the outback or sidney

We loved taking a catamaran trip out to the Great Barrier Reef. We also loved the electric blue butterflies of Cairns and the Kurunda train trip. Other great things were the bus trip to the Atherton Tablelands and seeing the Strangled Fig Tree, the Jenolan Caves and the Brisbane Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.
We had a great time in Sydney. Centerpoint Tower and opal shopping are a must! |

Go to Perth in WA. Visit kings park and amongst the trillion things to do there u should do the treetop walk.
then go to Rockingham and swim with the wild dolphins in the sea. Go back to kings park and watch an open-air midnight movie whilst sipping a kalua coffee. Go to Cottesloe Beach and be amazed. You can't go wrong anywhere in Oz - enjoy! |

Alice Springs is a beautiful mid sized town with Ayres Rock(Uluru), Kings Canyon & Devils Marbles all beautiful sights & all within a 3 hour drive.
There are plenty of tour companies, or you can just hire a car.
October is the best time of year to visit as the weather is just starting to heat up.
You can fly to Alice Springs from any major city & because it is in the centre of Australia its a good place to do a stop over for a few days. |

Definitely go to the coral reefs, also there is that gigantic red rock that is a different color at surise and sunset (I do not know the name of it though). The best thing to do would be to somehow tavel some of the wilderness (in my opinion). |
