I'm on Surfers beach most mornings. There is a 40 kilometre stretch of beautiful sand and surf. So much to do. Once your here you can pick up many leaflets on what to do. We have the Hinterland if you like National parks. Plenty of walking tracks and water falls there. You can Take a trip by boat to Stradbroke Island. or a fishing trip. A visit to Currumbin Wild life park. Or go down to Broad beach taking in Kurrawa beach lovely restaraunt at the surf club overlooking the beach. Also the Casino , Convention Centre , pacific fair Neicon plaza where the bronze statue of the Man from snowy river, his poem and tons of Opal with water flowing over it is there. also the Oasis centre. Another lovely place is Marina Mirage at main beach where you can wander around the jetties where all the boats are plus Versace hotel . Or at labrador along marine parade on The broadwater is a super place to wander around. I think It's one of the nicest places on the Coast.You have The grand hotel there across the road Charis fish and chip shop on the shore where people swim with the pelicans and the Aqua with its lovely restaraunts . Harbour town shopping centre which is well worth a visit is about 2 kilometres from there. This is only a small amount of different things we have on the Coast. It's super |

ripley's believe it or not. Actually I'm not sure if Ripley's is even still there....might be a bit dated. Make sure you get down to the beach in the morning....it's the best!!! |
