You have to learn how to throw them first. A boomerang will come back if you throw it properly.

They are the perfect thing for hunting down internet trolls.......

Boomerangs don't return at bloody all. Even in a good wind and thrown right, the boomerang will come back maybe half the distance. Considering the edges of it are hard wood, you wouldn't want to catch it with your hands at the speed it'd be traveling.

What do you call a boomerang that won't come back?

A stick.

Lol ever asked 'When you go buy something from the supermarket and as soon as you walked out, damaged the product, is it possible to demand a refund?'

Nahh, it's YOUR responsibility once you leave the store. The item is yours unless otherwise stated =P
