A real 21st century PM found it easy enough, guess that shows Howard really was more at home in the 1950's

It looked easy in the end didn't it !!

But don't forget Howard did say 'sorry' - just no one took much notice of it really ...

"Howard"
................I speak for all Australians in expressing a profound sorrow to the Aboriginal people. I am sorry. We are sorry. Let the world know and understand, that it is with this sorrow, that we as a nation will grow and seek a better, a fairer and a wiser future.

You would think it was a lot less effort than all that organised genocide.

Obviously too hard for Howard to say.

Sorry for what not me i did not do anything to them, they need to build a bridge and get over it,i had a hard life as well as them i was put in homes as a child,i understand that's how it was back then,i don't blame anyone for that so asking someone to say sorry to me is the wrong thing to do

I'm with Liz ... apparently it was for Howard

Now comes the demand for financial compensation, as night follows day. In fact, it has already been made a few days ago. That is why Howard would not say it, and it is one of the very few things I agreed with him about.

coolmommy
It seems pretty ridiculous that is was so hard and took so long.

Pretty hard.

Mr Rudd may have said "Sorry", but I did nothing to say Sorry for, so he didn't say it for me and 1000s of others.

Now just how much is this sorry going to cost our country?
