Cannington, and Yokine. Would be the cheapest of the safer areas. Anywhere closer is either way too unsafe (Maylands) or too expensive (South Perth) |

hey bibra lake is a great place to live in wa thats where i live and i no heaps of my friends parents that rent here. if u want to live near perth the cockburn cental and murdoch station are reli close to us and u can catch a train from there to the city in about 5-10min its great fun my dad catchs trains and buses to perth every day for work. bibra lake is also where adventure world is and has close by shops.its also pretty safe we hav a fire ,hospital and police near us in murdoch a bout 15km away |

Ok, would hate to burst your bubble here...but I live in Perth and there isnt such a place that suits your criteria....you either need to move further out of the cbd...or pay astronomical rent! As for safest area....I dont think there is anywhere at present..they all seem to have their faults, as with every other capital city in Australia.
But if you are thinking of moving to Perth...welcome!! |

check out this rental website for prices of rentals in perth. I have never lived there myself but i know plenty of people that do live there and they love it.
