ASH the HUNK.

Schoolies - ten points up for grabs?

i need some accomodation/schoolies/packages help.

my friends and i will not go overseas, we want as cheap as possible e.g accom for $300 maybe $400-50 for 7 days/a week possibly gold coast like surfers, in walking distance to beach and town. or somewhere like that... only one of us will be 18.

i've looked on schoolies web a million times and lots of other places... i need help - everything seems so expensive!

there's 4 of us going... we'd like 3-4 star, but don't really mind...

anything sort of relivent will help!!

thankyou!

well. id recommend that you start booking now or at least before mid year. everything books up fast as.
you could stay at the Q1 but it is pretty expensive..
you can go on www.wotif.com
and you an find cheap accomodation anywhere.

you need to get someone over 18 to book you all in otherwise its a no from the hotels :(
you should prob head up to surfers and check out the hotels that are cose to the beach and stuff and ask about how much it will cost and that

my group were all basically too young to go so we went to yamba and stayed in a waterfront 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a pool and 2 living rooms.
best week ever :D
goin again this year hopefulls

goodluck
have fun !

I went to schoolies and I can tell you that you will not get anything that cheap around Schoolies time. Everywhere jacks up their prices obscenely around that time so there really is no chance. Schoolies is such a great week, so its best no fork out the extra cash. I don't think you will be able to get a place for that cheap within 100kms of surfers. I paid around 900 dollars for the week and that was considered cheap.

Ruby
well the cheapest place that i could find for my schoolies accomodation this year for gold coast was $650 each for a 7 people room. 4 people is even more expensive like $800 each. so you might want to go somewhere a little cheaper and low key. although i know it would suck to miss out on goldcoast schoolies eyy

happyandhelpfull
try cravan parks near surfers

i went to schoolies as a red frog so I saw most of the hotels in Surfer's and it kind of depends on the kind of hotel you want. All the main hotels are within walking distance of the beach and the kabab stands and such so you don't have to worry about that. The best place as far as safety would be as far from Cavel Ave as possible and if you're all young girls that is what I would recommend. Some of the hotels are very rowdy around that area. The best place I saw was paradise island. Good luck!
