Go to AU because your are totally into it you love many things about it.So my opinion as far as your happiness you should go to au.

if you should move out or not is a personal choice.

Australia definitely offers most every thing that you mention you like.

There is plenty of potential for future growth. The country is big. Population is small. Plenty of resources. People are friendly. A good healthy mix of multi culturelism.
Money may not be as big as in USA but rest of it makes up for the lack of it. Pollution is minimal. Clean environment.
What elsr do you need to be happy?

It wasn't so long ago Australia openly discriminated against Asians and their "yellow peril", but I imagine the money Asians brought changed all that.

Have you been to New Zealand? It's similar, but smaller, greener and more Japanese cars.

At the moment with George Bush in office, America is in deep trouble. good time to move back to Australia. The only trouble is we have an equally damaging Prime Minister and that, in my opinion, would be the only thing that would keep me away. But the beaches, the cultures and the peaceful lifestyle would always bring me back. Poppet from Australia

If you like to be conservative, I would move out of LA first and stay in the US. There are lives outside LA!!
You just have to have an opened mind and try different things. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. I moved out of LA and am happy now.
But if you are adventurous, I don't see any problems trying in the land down under.
I enjoyed my visit there. There were plenty of Asians.
But remember, there is no perfect place, job or anything.
If you don't make the move, you will never know it.
