Things to do with kids in Brisbane?

I'm in brisbane, and I was thinking that I'd love to take my kids to a carnival or circus. Does anybody know of one around? I know there's a fair setting up in Browns plains, but I don't know when it starts or anything. Please help!

I don't know of any circus's but you could take them to Southbank or take them to the science museum. There is also the Lone Pine sanctuary as well. My daughter loved all of those. Hope this helps.

wellmaintained
take them to the EKKA, take them to lone pine koala sanctuary, if you dont want to spend much money, take them for a ride on the city cat then stop at south bank. stroll around there, have picnic lunch, then to the museum. if you really want to splash out with $$$$$ take them to any one of the 3 theme parks

If you're up for the real experience there's a circus skills workshop on the Sunshine Coast I took my children to. I booked it through this site - http://www.redballoondays.com.au/experience/CES442

They loved it so much they keep threatening me they're going to run away with the circus!

Hope you enjoy.
