I love the country, flora and fauna - and the people.
The people are very kind and friendly and helpful. Once I got lost in Sydney and had a look on my map. Some busy business man noticed this and asked me if he could help and he really took me back where I actually wanted to.
I like their accent as well and try to copy it which sounds a little funny for Aussie ears.
I had been to Australia for eight times and trip number 9 is planned.

Oh, by the way, I'm from Germany.

I've never met anyone from Australia.
/:
But if I did, I wouldn't assume that everyone from Australia acted like that person.

Well. really i have a mixture of feelings about austrailians..(im from california (u.s.a.)) First of all, I know its probably annoying, but the first thing I think about is a kangaroo. Just natural for most people probably, haha. But I either think of austrailians as extremely weird from the looney bin (cz Britain imperialized AU for prisoners) or as very happy, wild people like Steve Erwin. Other than that, I don't know. Haha. Oh ya, the accent is pretty hot.
