Technically it's illegal, but people can and do get away with it. Usually if you try to stay away from crowds and young children, its ok. Most people who do stay above the high tide mark, and away from the flagged areas. The interesting thing is that if you yell out "show us your t!ts", you can get arrested, so just yell out "show us your shoes" and you will be fine! hahaha. |

It isn't legal but it isn't too uncommon. It would be unacceptable to do though if there were young children around. |

There's plenty of tourists topless too. You'll be fine if you're discreet and even use a diff beach from Surfers. (unless you're looking for/to put on a show). Don't forget sunscreen on those delicate areas....! coloured zinc could be fun. :) |

No it's not legal but many do. I'm on the beaches most days and I see them all the time. I've never heard of anyone getting into trouble but I wouldn't parade around if I was you. Most are sun bathing and lying on there fronts but not all . A few guys run into the sea naked usually after they have been to a night club but often there is a policeman waiting when they come out of the water. They have plain clothes police and cameras around the surfers paradise area. |
