You should have given the reasons for cancellation of your Visa, may be to have a useful answer. Cancellation of Visa amounts to some serious violation on your part - which you don't want to share here!
Your desperation to get Visa "quick way" also add to your possible not so good motive. Cool down and think what you did and what you should do now - legitimately. |

Australain visa cancelled, well anyways If u have proper visa, right validity, i mean not fake, then there should not be any probs..!
'cos if u have validity, u should have given ur passport in Home office in Australia b4 coming to India, like i mean if u were on student visa, working visa, which have got validities to be renewed by time it gets expired. |

Not legally. If you try an illegal boat from Indonesia, you can expect a extended break on Christmas Island or Nauru. Your visa was obviously cancelled for a reason. |

Were you in Australia at the time your visa was cancelled or were you turned away at Customs once you got here? If you were living in Australia and had your visa cancelled, there must have been some reason. They would have told you when it happened. If you were deported you would most likely not be able to return to Australia for 5 years. If you were turned away at the airport, you will most likely not be able to return for 3 years. Don't try getting a different visa (e.g. you originally came on a work permit and retry on a student visa). Because Customs will find that suspicious and turn you away. |
