What's wrong with you Kids today always on about emigrating?

You live in the best Country in the World, for health, education, and prospects. Don't run away to become an immigrant, take up the challenge to make the UK a better place. You surrender too quickly.

Additional Details
Debbi (SOC), "grammer"? You prove your point.

I aint emigrating!

I love my country...

The United Kingdom is in my blood , this country runs through my veins , no matter where i go in the world , i will always return home to Britain.

My Country is who am , it defines the way i live , it is my heart and my soul , i love you Britain. <3

All these people who are saying there not proud of the uk anymore or proud to be British , i don't think they relise , being British isn't a gift , its a honor!

Mel
Australia has the best health care, education system and opportunity.

Why are you in the Australia category, praising the UK. We know we are the best, so get lost and praise elsewhere, we don't want to hear your bullshit.

surfer boy
come to south africa people were you get raped every day get everything stolen get shot get aids ,die , thats the nice things you get when you're white here

Debbi (SOC)
Are you kidding? The education system is being dumbed down so badly that a lot kids are leaving school unable to read properly, write a sentence with correct grammer, spell or speak properly. How they are going to get decent jobs I do not know. They do not correct them at school either becuase it stresses them out too much being criticised.

NHS is cash strapped and if you need an operation you will be on a waiting list for 6 months minimum.

If you are a taxpayer you get nothing but if you are an immigrant you get a free house and benefits!

That is why people want to leave.

rustupd
if you want to rave on about what a good country the UK is(bad news for you mate IT IS NOT) why do it in travel Australia WE ARE NOT INTERESTED do it in UK WHERE SOME FOOL MAY BELIVE YOU

zafir
People have been migrating for centuries, that's how language and cultures evolved. There's certainly nothing different with today's way of thinking. My parents migrated from the UK to Australia 45 years ago, and it's the best move they could have made.

Personally I think the health, education and job prospects here in Australia are much better than those in Britain.

You're from the UK, and I can't work out why you're posting this in 'Australia'.

Orla C
Actually, the education in Ireland is better. But the general infrastructure in the UK is way better - what a pity it couldn't have been built in Ireland, it was, after all, built by Irish workers, mostly.

UK is very expensive, but not the reason im emigrating..

Im moving to be with the girl I love.

sophist
As a US citizen, I will say don't immigrate, stay and fight! It is your country, by God, and if you don't insist on radical change, no one will. Change you laws so it isn't so easy to become a citizen. Make it damn hard! The last people to invade your country had to fight their way on and that was almost a thousand years ago. Great Britain is a white country and has been for over 10, 000 years. If you don't take steps now, it will no longer be one. Fight! Kick some AZZ!

Although it is a good country, i agree with Debbi's points.

i work 56 hrs plus a week as a teacher and cant even afford to have my heating on/save. My fixed rate is due to run out have no money for a deposit so cant get a new house will have to pay super price for my one bed flat. cant afford a car have to commute on public transport to work 32 mile round trip costing a lot per week and having to get up at crack of dawn.

What's wrong with old people clutching to the belief that UK is excellent, only if your a lazy dosser or are super rich

It's probably down to the fact there is no work no homes, where i live they are being taken over by the polish, im not being horrible in that sense as everybody needs somewhere to live and somewhere to work. But if there isn't any in the country you live in you'll look elswhere.
