Jessica is correct about the easement of opinions where Bankstown, Cabramatta etc are considered hot beds of dangerous crime.where as Bureau of Crime Statistics data will actually shows that some of the most dangerous places in Sydney are Coogee and Manly and well as the CBD
Check out the data that way you can get facts not uninformed opinions

Jessica
All the suburbs people have listed above, but they arnt really dangerous, just very low income, low socio economic areas so you get problems which are associated from that.

There's no such thing. Areas around Liverpool, Bankstown, Cabramatta, Mt Druitt are possibly the least safe, although all of Sydney is a very safe place to live. Alcohol is involved in most violent incidents, so stay away from areas where people are drinking and you're very unlikely to have a problem.

Its not the place its the people that live there and to the person who said macquarie fields, just because there was one riot doesnt mean its a bad place to live, we dont make cocktail bombs to throw at cops, it was a one time thing by immature people.

CypKitty
Claymore, Airds, Bradbury, Mt Druitt, St Clair etc

There aren't really any dangerous places in Sydney to live. A few people might say Redfern or Bankstown, but there are just as many crimes occuring in places like Bondi and Epping...
