Well, seeing that you asked in Australia section, the logical answer is .. AUSTRALIA!

I lived here for over 36 years. It is the BEST place to visit.

I personally would like to visit China, Jamaica, Bali, India and France.
I have only travelled Australia but there are some fantastic places here. When I have seen them all, I will travel the world. I love fishing so anywhere the fish are biting will do me.

To answer this we need more info - what type of holiday do you like? eg beach resort, ancient monuments, exotic cultures, scenery and nature, shopping etc.
Also, how high a priority is it for safety, English spoken, price etc.

In Australia for an overseas tourist I would have to suggest Cairns/Port Douglas (Great Barrier Reef, Daintree rainforest, Daintree River, loads to do) or Tasmania (heaps of wildlife, Port Arthur convict settlement, great seafood).

Australia!!!! we have a lot of animals that are different to the us, different weather, generally the people are nice, different attractions, lots of beautiful beaches, laid back atmosphere. i think you'd like it.

Australia - Great Barrier Reef, Uluru, Gold Coast, Kakadu, Sydney.
New Zealand - Bungy jump, Shotover jet, Queenstown skiing, Milford Sound, Huka falls, Taupo, Oh just everywhere.
Cambodia - Angkor Wat (Simply amazing)
England - London (Awesome), Stonehenge, Castles, Pubs.
Italy - Venice, Leaning Tower of Pisa (loved it)
Morocco - The Medina in Fes (jaw dropping)
France - Paris is OK but I wouldn't go back
Germany - Neuschwanstein Castle (Disneys inspiration), Bavaria
Monaco - wow! People live like that?
Scotland - Edinburgh Castle and the Tattoo if you can.
Myanmar - Burma (the people are amazing and inspiring)

I hope this helps - this is a list of just some of my favourite places in the world but still so many more to see!

Ozmaniac
I'm an Australian, so I'd have to say the Great Barrier Reef and Kakadu National Park. Both are World Heritage listed.

fitz
All of Australia is great. The animals, the natural features, the buildings.
