Hi there,

I lived in Sydney for 4 years and my favourite and probably the most popular among locals is the ferry from the Opera House (Circular Quay to Manly).

This is a 30 minutes trip around the Sydney Harbour with great views of the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Take the ferry at sunset and you will remember it for a long time!

Other things to do and see in the Sydney

Do the Harbour Bridge Walk
Take a tour through the Opera House
Go surfing at Manly and Bondi Beaches
Walk through the Botanical Gardens
Go the Sydney Festival in January each year
Go bushwalking in the Blue Mountains

You can get more information for your trip on this site http://www.studymove.com

The section on Sydney is http://www.studymove.com/content/view/16/2/

1.Darling Harbor and take the boat ride to Star City Casino
2.Circular Quey , The Rocks area and catch a ferry to Manly
3. Bondi Beach it will be chilly, but you can pick a sunny day to check it out.
4. Centerpoint shopping mall in the city
5. drive to Watsons Bay and eat at Doyles Pub

I haven't gone yet, but when I do, my first stop will be the Opera House. It's gorgeous to look at (I have a pic on my wall of it) and I can only imagine what it's like inside. Other than that, the Great Barrier Reefs. I've read such great things about that area too.

Do the bridge walk no matter what the weather is like. the best view of Sydney by a mile.
