Taree Zameen Par is a must watch movie for all those who really love watching 'good' movies. I rate it a 5 star movie.
Its really watch worthy and emotional too. You cannot resist a tear drop fall from your eye to the real life looking scenes.
The story centres around a 8 yr old boy who is notorious, noisy and playful, but poor in his academics. When his parents' are complained by the shcool authorities, he is sent to a hostel where Amer Khan, a temporary teacher there discovers that the boy suffers from a rare disease that is drawing him down despite his genius potential. Amer Khan,as a good teacher tries to cure the boy out of the disorder and nurture his potential. |

Good movie, but I guess more focus has been given on the problem.The focus should have been on the solution part so that families with kids having this problem would have really benefitted. |

It is a very absorbing and sensitive movie. But I think it is only for urban families. What happens to kids in small towns and villages. and those who don't go to such high class boarding schools? |

i wud call it 'learning along wid enterainment'...dyslexia was a disorder about which atleast half d population was unaware until d movie released..but post this movie almost evry parent is aware of itz existence n knows tat ppl suffering from it can also do very wel in their lives like others....they hav givn examples of vry famous n successful ppl who suffered frm d same disorder...n tat wud b a gr8 source of inspiration 4 all dyslexic ppl...n d movie is a gr8 piece of art...vry wel directed. |
