What comes to mind when you think of Australia?

This is mainly for people that DO NOT live in Australia, because I just want to see how people picture it. Though if you DO live in Australia, feel free to answer.
Thanks.

To me, Australia is not what represents the country like animals, sport teams and buildings. When I think of Australia I think of home, the place that I feel safe. It's about all of the cool people who make it what it is, and it's natural beauty.
Australia like many peoples home country, and will always remain in my heart.

lol on the Sydney Opera House. On our visit to Sydney, every pic I took, even from the zoo had the Opera House in the background.

Really though, I think of that Town called Alice, the boat races, Henley on the Tyne? The old telegraph station, Ayers Rock and the outback.

Beautiful place to visit, friendly people, great atmosphere.

Espectacularrrrr!
Mostly clich's : beer, immensity, kangaroos, "aborigènes" (I don't know how to say it in english, they are native Australians), surf, great coral reef... I think it would be nice to live there (except for all the venomenous creatures)

Beer. Steve Erwin. Obsessed with soccer. Very friendly.

I think the stereotypical Australian guy is a person who's always off drinking with his "mates." That's just my impression, though. I think Australia rules.
