New Zealand= The first thing that comes to my mind is organic when I think of New Zealand. The country is very beautiful and natural and the people there are quite beautiful, since they aren't exposed to all the nasty pollution like the most of us.

As a kiwi I think of New Zealand as home.

When I was living in the UK and thinking of home and all the things I missed was:
The stunning scenery that is literally breathtaking and I have yet to find anywhere to compare
Kiwi music- i REALLY missed that! Its something unique to us
Culture and uniqueness - I was just proud to be a kiwi and was proud of the things that made New Zealand proud!

When i think of NZ. I think of the All Blacks Footy team. You're awesome accents. Green Grass. This book i read called a rose for the ANZAC boys, it's got a girl from NZ in it and she comes from a place called Glendonal, sheep and Farms. Oh and 10C coins with butterflies.

Since arriving in NZ from England, I gained a few extra associations with it:

New Zealand All Blacks (rugby team) and their traditional Haka dance.

Maori people and their FOB accents
How Americans are treated like KINGS and are AWED by nearly everyone
How late they get their music (a song played on and american radio station won't hit their clubs until months after)
Also, how ridiculously expensive it is. (i.e. a video game costs up to $100)

I travel back and forth between NZ and the USA. When I think of NZ I think of the high crime rate, 10 times that of New York City! The poor education system. The institutionalized racism. Entitlement thinking brought about by the racist Treaty of Waitangi. Poor health and poor roads. In short NZ is a poor, ignorant and racist country.
