I LOVE AUSTRALIA.
I have already been there 4 times and I'd love to move there forever!

It's wonderful and huge country, between the Pacific and the Indian Oceans.
It has amazing landscapes, long white beaches, wild territories, modern cities.
It has a unique and huge variety of native animals: kangaroo, koala, platypus, echidna, wombat...
The aboriginal lands, the Red Centre, Uluru, the Kakadu National Park and in general all the Northern Territory are ancient and mystic places to visit.
The Great Barrier Reef is the greatest marine ecosystem in the world, more than 2000 kilometers long.
Australia has some of the most beautiful cities in the world: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Cairns and many others.
It's really worth visiting Australia.
In general Aussies are really kind, helpful and respectful. I love this fact. Aussies are great!

AUSTRALIA RULES!

I'd love to visit some day. Australians seem like fairly friendly people and there's lots of things there I'd like to see and do.

I live on the Mornington Peninsula in Australia, so i can tell you that this is without a doubt the most beautiful country in the world. I just love it here! I have been on holidays to the Gold Coast a few times, and I'm telling you that that is the place to be, it's absolutely beautiful!! We Australians are also pretty laid back kinda people, and are all so friendly. We have beautiful wildlife, amazing history, and the land that goes on for miles really is quite breathtaking! If your thinking of visiting, my advice is do it, you won't regret it!!

I love it, but then being an Austalian, I'm biased.

I have visited the USA and Indonesia, and have found that no matter where you go, people are basically the same.

Come and see for yourself. It's great!

Aussie's best cultural icons - Rodney Rude and Sir Les Patterson. Aussie's best sartorial contribution to the world - mullets and thongs. Aussie best sporting icons - Boonie and Daryl Eastlake. Culturally someone I think described it once as 'Milton Keynes with Sunshine'.

(Question)Mark?
Except for "Shane Warne" and "Darrel Hair"

I like everything else about Australia! It's Cricket and & Rugby most.

I'm Sri Lankan, so you know why I don't like those 2 people. ;-)

Well im a lucky girl and live on the Gold Coast which one of the most beautiful places in Oz. I am bias but still recon it is the best place on earth. Something for everyone and a heaven for beach lovers. Most people are friendly but like anywhere there are places to avoid due to discrimination but funnily enough it is often groups of immigrants that do the discriminating - go figure! But well worth a visit, and worth seeing the not so popular destinations to see the real Australia like Lightning Ridge and the Red centre, Ahrnam land and Tassie, the blue mountains and westren australia

One of the best gifts you can give yourself in this lifetime...is to visit OZ!!!
Withiut a doubt...those convicts way back when were some lucky buggars!!!

I was born and grew up in Australia, but have lived in and visited many other countries around the world. I keep coming back to Australia because I truly believe it is one of the best places I could be.

It has compulsory attendance at voting, although you don't actually have to make a vote (hence much greater involvement in the politial process), universal free healthcare, education is low cost and widely available, sports and culture, cultural diversity, great weather and scenery, and truly unique natural history.

It is a combination of an OLD country (Aboriginal Australia has a 40,000 year history) combined with a very new country (the modern history of Australia is only 208 years)
Australian people are friendly and supportive of each other, but don't take life too seriously.

The air is clean, because we are the same size as the continental USA but have less people living here than live in NYC. There is a lot of space to live.

There isn't a better place to be.

I think it might be a very nice country to travell, I wish I had time and money to go there...
Who knows, maybe in December....

I live in the heart of sydney, australia, and most people are friendly. It's like, you get bored of your own country, and tell tourists, there's nothing to see here, or something. It's not as remote as most americans think, and if you stick your foot in the water, sharks won't bite it off. I still have two feet.

Update: ( i thought of new stuff)
I wish I could visit new york. I visited san-fran last year and it was the best. think about that.
