i think your question is a little vague, i live in the top end of wa, it hasnt rained here in months and its up around 40 degrees most days, where as on the east coast they are getting pretty disaterous weather, i love the weather here but i was in Sydney for 6 months from April and hated it.... so maybe you need to be a little more location specific, however i will say i love the hot weather and hate the cold.... |

I went during the US Summer/Australian Winter and LOVED IT! We were in Sydney during our stay and it felt like the San Francisco bay area in spring! So Lovely...light jacket weather! |

I like it. I live in Northern Australia and it's hot for most of the year. Sometimes we may have a few days of cold in winter but cold for us is usually around 10C. We have extremes swinging between monsoonal rain and drought. |

I like Australian weather because the temperature changes are not quite wide but narrow in differences. Thus, it is easy to determine whether you wear light clothing or heavy clothing, depending on the months that you are in Australia.
The Australian weather is not just a topic to start off a conversation but a matter of real relevance.
On the Australian weather you encounter depends the clothing you wear, the trips and sightseeing you plan to do, the sports and other leisure activities in the place you’re visiting, and the very character of life itself.
Narrow temperature range
Australian weather is unique in that the average maximum temperature falls within a narrow range. In Sydney, for instance, the average maximum temperature goes from 16°C (60°F) in winter to 26°C (78°F) in summer. The average minimum temperature is from 8°C (46°F) to 18.5°C (65°F).
This does not mean the Australian weather doesn’t sink below 8°C (46°F) in Sydney nor rise above 26°C (78°F), but it is a good gauge of what kind of clothing one should wear: lighter clothing in the summer months of December, January and February and heavier clothing in the winter months of June, July and August, except in the more northern latitudes where every day is a summer's day.
So, go to Australia and enjoy the narrow temperature range of its weather.
Good luck to you. |

Not so good but it's good for people who seem to like warm weather but overall it's bad cause we don't get enough rain resulting in droughts. |

It's like a roller coaster ride lately, especially in Sydney. It was raining yesterday and today was 34 and boiling. It would be in the 20s again tomorrow. This weather makes people sick easily. |
