sydney people think their sh*t doesn't stink.

They look down on everyone else.

Even tho they live in slums like liverpool and caberamatta.

I don't know about other Sydneysiders, but i love the Goldcoast! And Brisbane! Idk..it's really different up there though, it's more relaxed, i rkn..well the part that i was staying in. Sydney..yes..it can be dirty in the city, but in the suburbs, it's really clean, especially where I live.

they're all nice cities in their own way, and not everybody's wicked in one city and nice in the other.
I have lived in brisbane and I now live in Sydney and go to Melbourne at least once a month. People are the same: some nice some not as nice, crime rate is higher in places and lower in others.
let's just limit the rivalry to sports !! that's fun, the rest isn't...

the gold coast in comparison to Sydney is like a country town....
i myself live in Melbourne....i much prefer to holiday on the gold coast as i have done every year for the past 6 years...well sometimes the sunshine coast...but same sort of thing....Queensland is beautiful...
but when i think about living in a state i would probably opt for Sydney over qld....only because i feel there are more opportunities employment wise and socially as well.....
people in Sydney are busy busy busy so the only reason they wouldn't like qld would be that it is too quiet....because the weather is heaps better in qld
either way both states are part of a wonderful country and have lots of things to offer....

i suppose the whole qld and nsw rivalry in the rugby doesn't help either....lol....

I live in Sydney and think QLD is beautiful.

Maybe they think it's too slow a pace for them up there but isn't that what a holiday is about??

The suburbs of Sydney are very clean.

I AM from victoria QUEENSLAND ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!! Sydney sucks i was their 2 weeks ago holly shittt the people are way out maniacs.. the place is full on and fast yuck!!! queenslanders are cool and i love it their.. when i go for holidays.. WOW victoria is way hot today.

I agree with you, I moved from Sydney to Brisbane last year and upon returning to Sydney for Christmas I was greeted with rude people, they have no manners, the whole place just stinks!! Sydney is a dirty dirty hole.
I love Queensland, my children are going to be far better off by living in Queensland!!!

Sydneysiders are very egocentric their attitudes suck and they just think that they are above everyone and that they are the best city in the world.

I think they have that attitude because of the way Sydney is represented overseas (which is very misleading).

However its all starting to unfold now.... the rest of the world might not know it but Australia sure does.... Sydney has major problems.... 3 riots in 2 years!?!?!? no other western city has accomplished such a shameful thing. Sydney is just full of gangs, crime, hatred and people with bad attitudes and I cant wait to get out of this hell hole.

Places like QLD for example are 1000 times better than Sydney!

The Gold Coast would have to be the best place in the world to live.

Sydneysiders will always think they've got the best city, just beacuse it's Sydney (They think its the capital there, you know?!?)
I lived at Hope Island, and it was fantastic. Weather's great, beach is fabulous, Brizzy is just down the road and not to mention all the theme parks!!
How could you possibly want for more?!?
