It is nice but come in September/October if you can or April/ May.
Last August it rained on 6 days (but it usually is wetter than that) and there were 22 days with 9 hours or more of sunshine. Nights were cold, (down to 1.8 deg C) but never freezing. It never snows.
max temperature was between 16.9 and 24.2 deg C.
So bring some warm clothes and you'll be OK.

we are still in winter in August it can be cold that time of year and rainy
our winters seem to be getting late starting each year
average temp is about 16 18 during the day down to about 6 or 8 at night

I was there in Aug 2003. On the hottest day of the year in the UK, I had to buy a fleece cos I was b****y freezing.
Can also be milder. Enjoy, but pack a few woolies.
