I found Dreamworld to be the most entertaining for both adults and kids.

Seaworld is not worth the money and time...booooring!!

PS: If you get a chance, you should check out Intencity which is located near cavill ave (chevron towers). Its soooo much fun and great for couples!!!

My husband and I were there in June this year for 5 days and we went to all the theme parks except for Wet N WIld, we found that Seaworld and Movieworld were at the top of our list for different reasons, Movieworld had some fantastic rides and great street entertainment and shows, and Seaworld wasn't as good for rides, but the shows and the animals made it a fantastic day out, was something different, it just really depends on which you prefer! If you have time, I'd also highly recommend the Outback Spectacular show, really fantastic value for money, a beautiful 3 course meal, awesome and impressive show and great experience all around.
Dreamworld was enjoyable, but we felt that it catered more towards overseas tourists and families with small children, unless you were interested in the "thrill rides" which after we'd been to Movieworld the day before, we didn't get to take much advantage of! Dreamworld had an Australian Animal section (we'd just been to Currumbin Sanctuary and live in regional Aust, so nothing special to us), Wiggles World (only worthwhile to small children), Tiger Island (which was fantastic) and all the other thrill rides which were great fun.
Oh, just as a side note, we went to Infinity at Surfers Paradise, which was fun, but only lasted about 45minutes and for the admission fee just wasn't worth the effort. Some really clever special effects, but way overpriced for the experience.

There was a breakdown on one of those travel shows and I'd have to agree.

SEAWORLD is the best for families with young families (and I'd also say grandparents, non family types and non-ride people) as they have shows and displays with a mix of adult and children rides.

DREAMWORLD is best for families with teenagers and ride enthusiasts.

MOVIEWORLD is somewhere in between, if using a family model best suited to families with say teens or near teens or young adults (the biggest ride fans) and younger children who aren't quit there yet.

WET and WILD and Dreamworld's equivelant seem best aimed at families and youth.

Trust me now movie world has the best rides. We were a bit disappointed with dreamworld though. Dream world has lots of stuff for little kids though :)

I like Movie World, I too am not a fan of massive rollercoasters, I like the Wild Wild West ride if it is still running, Batman and all the shows are always entertaining.

Follow that with Sea World, the rides are tame yet still fun, the animals and shows are entertaining.

DREAMWORLD has the water rides so you can cool off but also sea world has the pools but it doesn't have as many rides bu my fav is dreamworld to but that just a local telling you

next wud be sea world yu dnt have to get wet if yu dnt want to they have awesome helicopter rides lol n they have other stuff there to if yu dnt wanna get wet unlike wet n wild n white water world

White Water World is the best! It's so awesome and it's close to Dreamworld which is the next best. Also, Wet and Wild is similar, in fact a lot of people accuse White Water World of copying off their rides, but I think they're better because they just have "developed similarities" as I like to call them.

I think that movie world is the worst so would rule that out. I would take seaworld over dream world to see the dolphin shows while still getting the rides. It might be worth checking their web pages to see if one of them has tiger cubs/ polar bear cubs.
