English and Maori.
There is no such language as New Zealandise
Maori is the traditional, pre Empire language but is spoken by a tiny minority. All business is carried out in English

If you were looking to travel you will only need English.

English is the official language of New Zealand. There is no such language as New Zealandise. Some speak Maori (the traditional language). English is the main language spoken there. Hope this helps!

Go down south of Dunedin and you will need a Scottish accent to be understood. In most of NZ, you will need to say feesh for fish and cheeps for chips. Don't ask for sex or you may get half a dozen.

it is supposed to be english but when you listen to them then you really start to wonder.

Oz
British English is the official language of all people colonized by the British, all ethnics of course have their own unofficial english accents if ever after they get freed from them Britons.
