I would book it now,as the longer you leave it,the chances that the price of the ticket will go up.

I would say...AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, preferably during a low season, like during February.

funkygurl123
definitely not after lol
probably now because they might be booked up if you leave it too late but if you wait long enough you might get a cheap last minute ticket
have fun in australia : )

I would book it asp if I were you, the closer it gets the more expensive it can turn out to book, have a great trip won't you.

Izzy
Now, well really a couple of months ago.
You should still get a flight but they do book up fast and having left it this late you may have limited choice on price and dates to fly.
Good luck trying to get a flight.

Sorry to be negative, but I would have to say never - it generates just too much CO2 - 16 tonnes for the round trip per person - which is what the average person in the world generates in 4 years.
We were planning a trip to New Zealand until we did the sums. Sorry!

tuppenybitz
i would have booked months ago

ASAP. You may be lucky and get a cheap last minute deal but I would not advise to wait as you may not get a flight at all as most flights are fully booked as nealy all airlines flight share. By this I mean on a QANTAS flight you will have people who have booked a BA flight as they share seats on planes.
Book now to avoid disappointment and expense as closer to the time you want to go the more expensive the flights become.

phil
I would say asap.
