i have one in my backyard... but make sure the RSPCA dont here...

you wont find roo's hopping around Sydney the cars & trucks make shore of that

jenna
A kangaroo hops on their hind legs...lol.

Seriously though, you will only find them in zoos, perhaps the national parks, and definately away from suburbia. You may see one or two on a desolate road early morning or late afternoon when they feed, but this again is not in Sydney or any towns.

There are wallabies (small kangaroos) in Kuringai and Garigal National Parks. Garigal is around the upper reaches of Middle Harbour in the Forestville/Frenchs Forest/Terrey Hills area, and is surrounded by suburbia. Kuringai is on the fringe of Sydney to the north. I also often see dead wallabies beside the Wakehurst Parkway between Frenchs Forest and North Narrabeen.

They are shy, and do not expect to see them just by arriving in the area.

howtosavealife8
maybe not in sydney.
i think more likely to be near Central australia.
its likely for them to be in certain national parks.
=] hope taht helped
