Oooh Vegemite for sure!

Especially on toast with butter. Yummy.

However my kids like it on wholegrain saladas.

I grew up loving my vegemite though I didn't mind promite on sao biscuits. Didn't much like marmite. Now there's aussiemite and that's gluten free, it's not too bad either.

There is only one answer VEGEMITE! I took a very large jar of it when I back packed overseas just in case I couldn't get it everywhere. I am 35 and have been eating it ever since I was able to eat solids. Enough said!
