I grew up loving my vegemite though I didn't mind promite on sao biscuits. Didn't much like marmite. Now there's aussiemite and that's gluten free, it's not too bad either. |

There is only one answer VEGEMITE! I took a very large jar of it when I back packed overseas just in case I couldn't get it everywhere. I am 35 and have been eating it ever since I was able to eat solids. Enough said! |
