New Zealand has a lot of variety in the landscape and culture. Drive and hour and its completly different. Australia is large and pretty much the same beach desert of forest. Its all up to what you prefer. New Zealand has no dangerous animals, Australia has snakes, crocodiles, jellyfish, spiders.... etc. They both wonderful places though and i would suggest you try spend time in both. Australia does pay better, but then you have to pay super annuation too.

Australia. I have a few friends from NZ who live here now and say we pay better and have greater oportunities.

Better? What are you looking for .....

Australia - Sun and beaches are 2nd to none, but it is much harder to become an Australia citizen. You a surfer?

Green and lush - maybe New Zealand You a skier?

Both are excellent choices ;-)

I have always wanted to go to Australia~ but I have never done any research to say for sure which would be a truly better place to live;)

I am an Aussie and I love NZ almost as much as Australia.I would be as happy as a pig in Poo to live in either. They are only 3 hours flying time apart,so you should check them both out.
My favorite place in NZ is the Corrimandel Peninsula on the east coast of the North Island and a couple of hours out of Auckland. This time of year!!!
In Australia South Coast of NSW also at this Time of year!!!!

Live_For_Today
Australia for sure as it far out weighs NZ
