Melbourne is a great place to live, raise a family, shop and Work.

I would say Brisbane. Even though I live in Sydney, I have heard general living expenses are a lot cheaper in Brisbane

I love Melbourne. It's definitely got a culture to it. Adelaide's nice if you want a smaller sized city (that's affordable) as is Geelong

Probably Brisbane. I would say to live on the outskirts of Brisbane like in the Redlands Shire. Its good, affordable, close to everything.

Other then that North NSW, in the tweed/kingscliff sort of area but thats getting a bit more expensive.

Although I havent been there, people have said that Perth is good.

Apparently Sydney itself is a bit expensive but thats just what I heard.

I've been to Melbourne and well I personally found it difficult. I went for a holiday and stayed with my sister and her husband and found it very busy. All the roads are three lanes and there are trams everywhere. Obviously you must get used to it but I was very ready to come home. (The Australian Open was good)
