UK - for education
Australia - for sports |

That depends on whether you want to play on the winning side (Australia) or the losing side (England). The choice is clear to me. |

Recently in the USA a report was commissioned into that country's appalling education system..... apparently there is a set of international standard tests undertaken by a sample group of students in many countries, and the USA ranks poorly in these.
Australia was one of 6 countries to score in the top 10 in all 3 tests. The UK was not one of the 6 countries.
Interestingly, this same committee (I can't recall their name) recommended changes to the US system which would make it very similar to the NSW education system.
As for sports, Australia has the better 'outdoorsy' weather, and you only have to look at Olympic and Commonwealth Games medal tables to see that Australia far surpasses the UK. |

Education = England. Sport = England for Footy; Australia for Cricket (which is a very unknown sport in England .... Probably, the Ashes will have returned to London by now, as it does every year). |

Australia!!
The weather is always perfect for sport (especially in Queensland, hence the expression 'Beautiful one day Perfect the Best)
Higher Education like UNI/College is all the same around the world, so I can't say that Australia is the best.
One good thing about Australia compared to England is that Australia retained the Ashes. |

having been to school in both countries in the private and public systems, they are quite similiar - while the sports i played in both countries were the same, it was of a higher quality in Australia. It's more the way of life in Australia that makes it the winner rather than which is better for education cos theyre pretty much the same but Australia wins in sport |
