It's all the same accent, I do agree with one answer that its more of a country vs city distinction then a state vs state thing.
We're all Australians, I don't really notice our accent. |

I would say the country towns vs the cities. I have spent 21 of my 22 years living in and around Queensland and people always ask what country I come from because of my accent. I have only been out of the country for 1 week.
I would say the country towns maybe in the Northen Territory or Alice Springs area is where you would find a fair dinkum Aussie accent. |

They are virtually the same just with some words pronounced differently.
But anyway I'll say the West Aussie Accent... for non aussies picture Heath Ledger and Hugh Jackman.. they are both perth boys. |
