Who do you believe the Whytes or the Coogee Bay Hotel?

It's hard to say. If the Whytes were behind it, wouldn't they have been caught on CCTV? They can get into serious trouble for making up a lie like that. Besides, they are running DNA tests today. So whoever is behind it will soon be revealed.

However, I personally believe it is more of the Hotel's responsibility as they had a fight with management before it happened. Even if it was a coincidence and the Hotel didn;t know they they were serving, it would be hard to prove this fact.

holly
My opinion it happened and the staff did it.

I can't imagine the Hotel would keep something like that frozen, just in case it was "needed" !

If the customer took it "all" away for testing, there is no guarantee that it was the same product tested, as the product that was actually served.

We may never know the real truth, no matter what legal decision is eventually made.

well some thing is bit shitty about the whole thing if u ask me..one of the whytes party .said it stunk like hell!!..the other whyte party said it tasted really foul!!... hmmmmmmmm..intresting...

i must say i believe the coogee bay. i don't think any chef would be stupid enough to do something like that when he knows he would be caught!
the chef has offered a DNA sample to clear his name so i think he's defnitely wanting this fiasco to all be over.
ALSO, apparently the Whytes offered the coogee bay a deal: 1 million dollars to keep quiet.
that's shady.
i think they did it for the money.

I really don't know, why would you go to so much trouble to prepare it? Why are the family refusing to have it retested? Why would you even think of doing it in the first place?

I really don't know, what do you think?

Coogee Bay Hotel

What seems more likely
- A high profile, very famous pub would actually serve food with faeces in it and destroy their business in the process.
- A family will try and scam a high profile business.

If i worked for the pub and wanted revenge on the family, I would just spit in the food.

Haha, i have been so intrigued by this case. I think a couple of pissed off people working at the hotel were responsible. Its a disgusting situation but frankly i think everyone is making too much fuss about it. They should have just taken the $5,000 hush money.
