heehee not all aussies talk like that, I certainly don't - perhaps in the bush but in the city and suburbia we certainly do not talk like that

Sounds like you don't know the meaning of these words. They are local slang terms. Every country has some slang

"Sheila" means girl.
"blue" means questioner does not know your name so is calling you blue to add some color to the question.
"digger" just means a soldier but nowadays it means "guy" or "man"

Why don't you take 2 bob out of your sky rocket and call someone on your pat malone!!!

Elizabeth
I'd say you're easily confused.
This is the second time you've asked this question.
At least your spelling has improved.

Because we love giving nicknames to people - and if there's any chance to have a laugh we'll take it! Very much a part of Aussie humour, having funny names for things, but saying it in everyday conversations without trying to be funny... If that makes sense at all!!

your pulling my chain chump!

You must have met a few that talk like that. I can assure you not all Aussies speak that way. It's like us listening to person from Taxes speaking but, not all Americans speak with the same accent and all have their ways of saying something different to others.

sheila...woman, blue.....a red headed bloke, digger....mate
