Are there any Austrian sausages in Linz?

Alice from Wonder-Land
Ohhh... there are lots and lots of Austrian saussages available in Linz. Austria is THE country of saussages!! - There are little saussage stands at every other corner of a street, some open 24h a day for the hungry bowler going home at 3am. In general there are large parking spots next to these small stands, for the bowler driving home at 3am has most probably consumed 24 bottles of beer before he decided to go home and eat a hot saussage on the way... If you want to consume a very famous and tasty saussage dish in a restaurant, I advise you to take "Blutwurst", a special saussage made of boiled porc blood. By the way, please note that ALL of Austria's delicious saussage are made from porc... Yummy!! :)

kapatso
Try Bratwürstel and Käsekrainer, both are typical Austrian sausages
