Are there any shops in Austria that sell Tyrolean hats?
Try stores that sell traditional Austrian clothing (Trachten). You'll find the traditional Tyrolean hats in Tyrol, of course. But the hats are expensive - all Austrian "Trachten" style stuff is actually not cheap at all.

I have never seen a shop selling Tyrolean hats.. you probably find em on ebay but there ain't no hat shops anymore.
It's to expensive to keep a shop like that in Austria, and if nobody buys the merchandise (hats..) you have to close it down.
