Car Hire in Innsbruck?
I will be in Innsbruck in December and would like to hire an automatic car to drive to munich via Neuschwanstein Castle. Does anyone know of any cheap car rental companies in Innsbruck that do one way rentals ?

you have set prerequisites in your question which will not fit together.
One way rentals between different countries are only accomplished by international operating companies like sixt, hertz, or europcar.
Cheap cars for rent in Europe usually have shift gears.
So you may decide what to do, either safe money and shift gears, or pay a higher price for a automatic vehicle.
If you should not be used to shift gears, it would not recommend to safe money. Especially for uphill starts, as they are often required in your travelling area, you need to have certain driving experience with a gearbox.
I have checked to Austrian page of sixt. The offer rentals from Innsbruck Airport to Munich Airport one-way.
