Did anybody ever stayed at wombats hostel in vienna? |
i booked a room in wombats hostel in vienna for new year and i just wan to get some information on this place.i've heard a lot of good thing about it but i tought i should ask here to and making sure i choosed a right place to stay for anew year.i've been in vienna befor and im fimilier about the city but the hostel not sure so i was wonder if anybody knows anything about this place and might wanna it with me.
or purhaps somebody heard something and want to share it with me.

I didn't stay there myself (I live in Vienna), but some of my friends did, on several occasions. The way I hear it, Wombats is quite alright; it's clean, not expensive, not too far from the center, and the staff are friendly. When my friends were there (this is just an anecdote, might be different when you visit), there were always people (other tourists) there who would invite you to a party, or try to arrange a party themselves. We met a bunch of really nice people there. I'd say go for it!

I haven't stayed there, but if you look on the Trip Advisor website, there'll more than likely be reviews from other who have stayed. I use that site before I book any overseas hotel, and I can recommend it.
